So Much Going On

So much has gone on since I last updated. On Friday, Laura and I went to a Mindless Self Indulgence concert. Aside from my lung nearly collapsing and having to elbow some guy in the face a few times, it was pretty awesome. We even bumped into Riga, which was awesome because I haven’t seen her since our NYWC days.

When I got home from work on Saturday, Marianne was in the middle of having a nervous breakdown. She ended up checking herself into the hospital and I haven’t talked to her since. She doesn’t have a phone in her room, but her sister gave me the numbers of the payphones nearby. I called this morning, but the nurse that answered said she was sleeping. I have to leave for work at 2:30, so I hope she’s awake before then.

After she left for the hospital, Laura and I were left with nothing to do but worry. So we decided to put together the bed we bought from Ikea. It took about six hours, but it’s done and looks pretty awesome. I’m going to get the beige color for the top part of the walls tomorrow and start painting that. I was supposed to go to Boston this week, but I had to cancel on the account that I have no money. So instead, I’m planning to get this whole room done before my brother visits next week. I just really want to be done with it.
